All purchases occur directly on Partners’ websites.

2. Definitions

• Partner / Merchant: Third-party retailer participating in affiliate programs.

• Click / Traffic: User action of clicking an Affiliate Link.

• Conversion: Completion of a purchase or other qualifying action on a Partner’s website, tracked via affiliate program.

• Invalid / Fraudulent Activity: Any automated, artificial, or non-human traffic or manipulation of Affiliate Links.

3. Use of the Portal

1. The Portal is provided for informational purposes and allows Users to access Offers.

2. Users may click on Affiliate Links to visit Partners’ websites.

3. The Operator does not sell products directly and is not responsible for transactions, shipping, returns, or customer service handled by Partners.

4. Users agree not to interfere with the operation of Affiliate Links or attempt to manipulate tracking.

5. The Portal reserves the right to block access to Users engaging in prohibited behavior, including fraudulent activity or misuse of Offers.

4. Affiliate Links and Offers

1. Only Offers from Partners participating in affiliate program are published.

2. Commissions are paid following affiliate program’s standard schedules.

3. Fraudulent activity, invalid clicks, or policy violations may result in commission adjustments or forfeiture.

6. Privacy and Cookies
